TIRAMISU ESPRESSO MARTINI
Serves 1 | Prep: 15 min
Ingredients:
1 egg yolk
25 g sugar
50 g mascarpone
50 g raw cream
1 espresso coffee
5 cl vodka
3 cl coffee liqueur
Instructions:
1. Whisk the egg yolk, sugar, mascarpone, and raw cream in a bowl.
2. In a shaker, fill halfway with ice cubes, then pour in 1 espresso coffee, 5 cl vodka, and 3 cl coffee liqueur.
3. In a martini glass, pour the shaken mixture, then add the cream prepared in step 1.
4. Finally, dust with cocoa powder and place a few coffee beans on top.
