Pantroo – General Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Definitions

•    Etablissement Antoine Massoud S.A.L.: the company operating www.pantroo.com
•    Customer: any individual or company purchasing products through the Site
•    Products: goods offered for sale on the Site
•    Website: www.pantroo.com
•    Terms: the terms and conditions detailed and defined below.

2. Purpose
These Terms define the rights and obligations of Pantroo and the Customer for online sales made on www.pantroo.com. They apply to all orders placed in Lebanon.

3. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms.

4. Products
•    Products offered are those displayed on the Site, subject to availability.
•    Photos and descriptions are for reference only. Pantroo cannot be held liable for minor differences.
•    Alcohol sales are restricted to customers above 18.

5. Prices
•    Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD), as indicated on the website.
•    Prices exclude delivery fees, which are added at checkout.
•    Pantroo may update prices at any time but orders already confirmed will not be affected.

6. Orders
•    Orders are placed via the website.
•    Pantroo confirms orders by email.
•    Pantroo reserves the right to refuse any abnormal or fraudulent order.

7. Payment
•    Payment methods: credit/debit card, cash on delivery (if offered), or other methods specified on the website.
•    Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
•    Pantroo uses secure payment systems but declines liability for technical failures beyond its control.

8. Delivery
•    Deliveries are available in Lebanon only.
•    Delivery fees and estimated times are shown at checkout.
•    Pantroo is not liable for delays due to external factors (traffic, weather, strikes, force majeure).
•    Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

9. Returns & Refunds
•    Non-returnable: perishable and fresh food.
•    Returnable: unopened non-perishable items within 7 days of delivery, in original condition and as per the terms and conditions detailed in our Refund Policy available on the Website. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless due to Pantroo’s error.

10. Product Availability
•    In case of unavailability after ordering, Pantroo will inform the Customer promptly and issue a refund or offer an alternative product.

11. Liability
Pantroo is not liable for:
•    Incorrect delivery address details provided by the Customer.
•    Misuse of products by the Customer.
•    Temporary unavailability of the website.
•    Delays or damages caused by third parties or force majeure.

12. Intellectual Property
All content on www.pantroo.com (logo, text, visuals, graphics, product photos) is Pantroo’s & Etablissement Antoine Massoud S.A.L. property or licensed. 
Use without prior written consent is prohibited.

13. Data & Privacy
Pantroo collects and processes Customer data for order fulfillment and customer relations.
Data will not be shared with third parties except for service providers (delivery, payment).
Pantroo complies with Lebanese data protection regulations.

14. Force Majeure
Pantroo shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, conflict, governmental restrictions, internet outages).

15. Modification of Terms
Pantroo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the website at the time of order.

16. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Lebanese law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Beirut, Lebanon.
