At Pantroo, we take pride in offering only the finest gourmet and delicatessen products. Since many of our items are perishable*, all sales are considered final, except if the product is:
· Defective (e.g., spoiled or not safe to consume upon delivery)
· Damaged (destroyed or severely compromised during delivery)
· Missing (item purchased but not delivered)
*Perishables include: charcuterie, cheeses, smoked and cold meats, cured meats, smoked and cured fish, sausages & salami, yogurt and delicate dairy, preserved seafoods, duck specialties, bread, fruits and vegetables.
How Refunds Work
Claims must be submitted via WhatsApp (961) 79 325 054 or by email info@pantroo.com within 3 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos of the products, a description of the issue and a copy of the invoice.
If approved by Pantroo, customers will receive either:
A replacement product (when available) delivered for free, or
A store credit equal to the value of the defective or missing item(s).
Exclusions
No returns or refunds for products that have been partially consumed or stored improperly after delivery.
Pantroo reserves the right to review all refund requests and to approve or decline them at its sole discretion.
