• 300g cooked white sushi rice
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp chilli oil
Spicy Tuna Mix
• 2 tins of Minerva tuna, drained
• 3 tbsp light mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp of sriracha
• 1 tsp soy sauce
Seasoning
• ½ tsp cayenne pepper
• ½ tsp chilli flakes
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• Black pepper, to taste
• Sesame seeds
Fresh Add-Ins
• 3 spring onions, finely sliced
• ½ cucumber, chopped
• 1 medium avocado, chopped
• Edamame
