Tasting notes:
The palate is energetic, and dominated by very fresh citrus notes. It then becomes more ample, round and silky, and develops white peach flavors, brioche and citrus peel.
The nose is fresh, mineral and evolves towards vegetal and floral notes, and elderflower fragrances blended with spicy touches (cinnamon).
The finale is long, rich and explosive.
