A unique pineapple infused rum that is made in Trinidad and Tobago. Plantation Pineapple was created by infusing dark rum with Victoria pineapples, whilst light rum was also infused with pineapple bark to release essential oils. An essence was then made by re-distilling the light rum which was blended with the dark, fruity pineapple infusion. If only all flavoured rums were made with such attention to ingredients and detail! This is a fantastic spirit that can be consumed straight or in a variety of cocktails.
