Lanson, Black Label Brut

Superb champagne made with 35% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier- They make it with between 40 and 50 crus which are blended together to create a consistent product- Lanson do not use malolactic fermentation giving the wine an crisp, apple-y flavour.
