A timeless sourdough pizza topped with a rich tomato sauce and creamy Italian mozzarella. Made with Clement’s signature wood-fired dough and fermented for 48 hours, it offers a light, flavorful crust and a simple, authentic Italian-style pizza experience at home.

Baking:
Bake directly from frozen; do not thaw.
Preheat the oven to 250°C.
Bake for 5–7 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and the crust is golden and crisp.
Allow to rest for 1 minute before serving.
